Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in the United States seeks an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and professionally engage customers to drive sales.

You will manage event execution equipment and maintain a polished appearance throughout the store environment. The role involves coordinating with store personnel, preparing samples with safety practices, and completing on-line requirements on the day of events.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient with PC and mobile devices using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Food Safety Professional Certification; Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies used for events to keep them clean and secured in the backroom area.
• When Supervisor is absent, communicate with store management about upcoming events and past event execution.
• Serve as point person for all events in the store; assist other Event Specialists with kits, materials and tools if needed.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team; support supervisors as needed.
