Job summary

Product Connections in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Associate to manage in-store food and non-food demonstrations, serve and sell products, and maintain event equipment. You will learn product knowledge and present features to consumers while upholding a professional appearance.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and safety-minded handling of samples. You’ll coordinate with store personnel and assist when the supervisor is away, completing online requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient ability to use a personal computer and mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Professional Certification or local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain equipment and supplies used for events to ensure cleanliness and security in the backroom area.
• When Supervisor is absent, communicate with store management about upcoming events and past event execution.
• Serve as the point person for all events in the store and assist other Event Specialists with materials and tools.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team and help develop product knowledge.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of products and proactively engage customers to drive sales.
• Prepare and serve food samples following food safety guidelines and using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, sterile workstation and professional appearance.
