Job summary

Acosta Group's Product Connections division is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations and engage customers with product knowledge. You will manage demonstration equipment, prepare samples safely, and coordinate with store staff to ensure successful events.

The role emphasizes strong communication, basic food safety, and the ability to support events with leadership when supervisors are unavailable. Expect limited weekly hours and a customer-focused, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with store personnel and customers.
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and proper cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations, serving and explaining product benefits to consumers.
• Maintain and manage event equipment and supplies in the backroom and during events.
• Coordinate with store management when supervisor is away and serve as point of contact for events at the store.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances like microwaves, fryers, and coffeemakers while following safety guidelines.
• Build rapport with store personnel and assist with audit corrections and client visits.
