Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations in Durham, NC. You will learn product details, engage customers, and drive sales during events with a professional appearance and adherence to safety guidelines.

The role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with responsibilities including equipment setup, event execution, and coordinating with store teams to ensure successful client visits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Food Safety Certification and local food handler permits if required.
• Proficient ability to use a computer and mobile device with applications and internal systems.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds, with occasional 50 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies in the backroom.
• Coordinate with store management during events when the supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for all events in the store; assist with kits, materials and tools.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team.
• Acquire product knowledge for demonstrations and sales.
• Proactively engage and sell products to consumers.
• Prepare foods safely using raw products and small appliances.
• Document events with photos and complete required reports.
