Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and engage customers professionally to promote and sell products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Proficient ability to use a computer and mobile device with internal systems.
• Food Safety Certification and local food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies to keep them clean and secured.
• Coordinate with store management about upcoming events when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for all events in the store; assist other staff with event kits and materials.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits; interact with consumers to inform and sell.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely using appliances and raw products; maintain sanitary workstation.
