Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Chicago is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. You will serve in-store and digitally, discussing fashion with authority and leveraging technology for outreach and selling.

This role reports to the Sales Manager. This on-site position requires a passion for fashion, strong client engagement, and a proven ability to meet sales goals while delivering a premium luxury

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and relationship-driven selling approach.
• Comfort with using technology and digital tools for outreach and selling.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and brand knowledge.
• Experience in commission-based sales environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through Technology and Wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration.
