Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Chicago is seeking a Selling Advisor to cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming their trusted style confidante. You will serve clients in-store and digitally using the latest technology for outreach and selling.

As an onsite role reporting to the Sales Manager, you will discuss fashion trends with authority and help drive sales through wardrobe recommendations and omni-channel strategies.

Qualifications

• Motivated with an ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person
• Utilize selling tools and digital store technology to sell, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion and wardrobing goals
• Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage
• Utilize digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic
• Create a positive work environment through collaboration
