Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking a Selling Center Design Specialist stationed at a single Home Depot location in Texas. You will deliver design consultations and drive sales of Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers, with on-site responsibilities and weekend hours.

The role offers an hourly rate plus earned commissions, with total earnings projected around $45,000 to $60,000. Comprehensive training and a strong benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site at a Home Depot store.
• Willingness to work weekends and some evenings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot store; weekends/holidays/evenings.
• Manage sales pipeline; generate and report new leads.
• Drive sales growth and provide design consultation.
• Leverage Home Depot staff and customer traffic to generate leads.
• Plan and attend weekend events at store.
• Use CRM to update interactions and next steps.
• Build relationships with Home Depot store leaders and train associates.
• Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.
