Job summary

Instacart is seeking a reliable Implementation Specialist to support Caper Cart deployments across retail partners. This role provides in-store support for testing, training reinforcement, and launch execution to ensure carts are fully functional and store teams are prepared for a successful rollout.

You will work with Implementation and Operations teams to deliver local, in-market deployment support, troubleshoot issues in real time, and reinforce training across locations.

• Maintain cart readiness and identify issues in hardware or software.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers and store teams across deployment locations.
