Job summary

Instacart is seeking a reliable and execution-focused Implementation Specialist to support Caper Cart deployments across retail partners. This role provides in-store testing, training reinforcement, and launch execution, ensuring carts are fully functional and store teams are supported for successful launches.

You will work closely with Implementation and Operations teams, provide local in-market support, and help drive early adoption and a smooth customer experience through hands-on training

Responsibilities

• In-Store Execution Support: Support end-to-end testing of Caper Carts to ensure full functionality ahead of launch.
• Launch & Post-Launch Support: Provide on-site support during launch to troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Training Reinforcement: Reinforce training with store associates and help ensure core workflows are understood.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain cart readiness and identify issues related to hardware, software, or store operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Implementation Managers and Ops Leads to execute deployment plans.
