Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations and build rapport with store personnel. The role requires knowledge of products, ability to handle equipment, and a professional appearance while delivering engaging demonstrations.

The position is part-time with a flexible schedule, up to 25 hours per week, and includes safety and cleanliness standards. Proficiency with basic computer systems and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage consumers, demonstrating products in a professional manner.
• Communicate features and benefits of products clearly.
• Prepare and serve samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, and coffee makers.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow cleaning protocols.
• Set up and break down Event Table and demonstrate 100% execution.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on event day.
