Job summary

Product Connections in the United States is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and prepare, serve, and break down items and supplies. You will intercept consumers and demonstrate products in a professional manner, while maintaining a professional appearance in a retail setting.

This role is not expected to exceed 25 hours per week; flexibility may vary with client needs. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience preferred.
• Able to learn product details and communicate benefits clearly.
• Proficient with basic computer and office applications.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products represented and maintain it over time.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers professionally.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station; present a professional appearance.
• Complete on-line requirements promptly on event days.
• Build rapport with store personnel and assist with client objectives.
• Submit expense reports and access internal systems as needed.
