Job summary

Product Connections is seeking an Associate to execute in-store demonstrations of food and non-food items, acquire product knowledge, and maintain a professional appearance. You will prepare, serve, and break down samples, proactively engage consumers, and communicate product benefits in a retail setting with monthly travel as needed.

The role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, and requires strong interpersonal skills, PC/mobile device proficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient in using a personal computer or mobile device with internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Possesses the aptitude to gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station with cleaning chemicals.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Access the internet and use Outlook and internal document systems.
