Job summary

CROSSMARK in the United States is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn products, and interact with customers in a professional manner. You will prepare, serve, and break down samples, and maintain clean, organized station practices throughout shifts.

The role emphasizes proactive consumer engagement, accurate product knowledge, and ability to support client demonstrations while adhering to retailer guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Local Food handler's permit may be required.
• Proficient in basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of the products represented.
• Engage with consumers to demonstrate products and drive sales.
• Prepare and serve food samples using small appliances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table for demonstrations and complete audits as needed.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements on the same day as events.
