Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, maintain product knowledge, and deliver professional product presentations. The role requires preparing, serving, and breaking down products with small appliances and maintaining a neat, safe workstation.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product, equipment, and supplies.
• Intercept consumers and demonstrate products professionally.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and ensure 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on event day.

Education

High school diploma or GED; 1-3 months related experience preferred
