Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Asheville, NC is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn product details, interact with consumers, and demonstrate features with professional conduct.

You will also set up event tables, maintain cleanliness, and assist with client visits. The role is part-time, not to exceed 25 hours weekly, with duties including expense reporting and online form submissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Proficient with PC and mobile device applications.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Acquire knowledge of products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to consumers.
• Effectively communicate features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and serve samples using small appliances and utensils.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table for execution and meet client objectives.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements the same day.
• Build rapport with store personnel to support company goals.
