Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking an associate to complete in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire knowledge of products, serve, demonstrate, intercept consumers and sell products professionally.

You will manage event equipment in stores and maintain a professional appearance consistent with job requirements. This role is part-time (up to 25 hours per week) with flexibility based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficient ability to use and navigate a personal computer and a personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Food Safety Certification, Local Food handlers permit if required.

Responsibilities

• Management and maintenance of event equipment and supplies to ensure they are clean and secured.
• When Supervisor is absent, communicate with store management about upcoming events and their execution.
• Be the point person for all events in the store and assist other Event Specialists with kits, materials and tools.
