Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will acquire product knowledge, prepare and serve samples, and engage shoppers in a professional manner while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

The role is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with emphasis on accurate execution, reporting, and interaction with store personnel to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in ability to use a personal computer or mobile device and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate products in-store and engage consumers professionally.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of products represented.
• Prepare, serve and break down product, equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution and achieve 100% execution.
• Complete expense reports and submit online requirements the day of event.
