Job summary

ScanScape is seeking part-time Retail Scan Associates to conduct in-store data collections in Covelo, CA 95428 and surrounding areas. You will scan barcodes using a mobile app, contribute to weekly data collection, and support client reporting with accurate quantities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Able to stand for long periods and reach products throughout stores.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and reach up to 6 feet.
• Able to perform repetitive movements with hands and arms.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter with reliable Wi‑Fi.
• Tech savvy; high school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit designated stores weekly to scan product barcodes on displays and aisles.
• Use a mobile app to scan barcodes across store locations.
• Report quantities for about 45% of scanned products weekly.
• Complete store-wide display scanning and potential custom projects.
• Meet weekly deadlines and maintain data quality for clients.
