Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and accessible.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise (e.g., paint, hardware, lumber) to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout and complete additional duties as assigned.
