LoanMax Title Loans is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist potential borrowers and customers with questions about loan products, evaluate vehicles, and manage loans and payments in a Lansing, KS store. You will communicate regularly with customers to keep accounts up to date.

The role emphasizes courteous, honest service and compliance with company policies. Full-time, in-store work with a stable schedule and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Computer and data entry experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly and professionally
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts and payment processing
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Make courtesy reminder calls as needed
