Job summary

Michaels in Naples, FL is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, stock shelves, and process purchases. You will help shoppers locate products, participate in store recovery, and support omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS. Flexibility for varied shifts and physical duties is required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including the return/go back process and general store recovery.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; interact positively with others and model company values.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
