Job summary

A Plus Garage Doors is seeking an outgoing Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent our company inside Costco warehouses in Reno. Your role is to talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates, without selling in-store.

You will focus on creating interest, generating qualified leads, and setting appointments for our sales team in a fast-paced retail setting. We offer $20 per hour base pay plus bonus pay for every qualified lead booked, with frequent lead generation

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Comfortable talking to new people throughout the day.
• Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable and professional.
• Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours).
• No garage door experience needed — we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Engage Costco Members: Start friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce them to A Plus Garage Doors.
• Generate Leads: Schedule free in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners.
• Represent the Brand: Serve as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco.
• Create Opportunities: Help homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs.
