Job summary

A Plus Garage Doors is hiring a Lead Generator / Sales Associate to work inside Costco warehouses in Reno. You will talk with Costco members, generate interest, and schedule free in-home garage door estimates.

No in-store selling is required; you’ll focus on bookings and creating opportunities for our sales team. The role offers an $20 per hour base pay plus bonus pay for every qualified lead booked, with full benefits and company training provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends (Costco peak hours).
• No garage door experience needed; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage Costco members inside store.
• Generate leads and schedule free in-home estimates.
• Represent the A Plus Garage Doors brand in Costco locations.
