This is not a desk job. You’ll be engaging shoppers, starting conversations, and scheduling in‑home flooring appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Engage Costco members and introduce our 5‑star flooring services
• Generate and qualify leads through friendly, confident conversations
• Schedule free in‑home design consultations
• Represent our locally owned business at Costco roadshow events
• Work closely with the sales team to improve appointment quality

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• High energy and positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Sales, retail, promotions, or customer‑facing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $15/hour plus $150 possible bonus for every qualified lead generated
• Raises available within the first 90 days based on performance
• Part‑time and full‑time opportunities available
• Primarily weekends + high‑traffic retail hours
