Francis Retail in Santa Fe Springs, CA seeks an In-Store Content Creator & Sales Host who is fluent in English and Spanish. This full‑time role (Tue–Sat, about 38 hours) includes creating daily short videos for social media and hosting live streams to drive in‑store and online sales.

Francis Retail is a liquidation warehouse. New truckloads of furniture, appliances, mattresses and patio sets arrive all the time, and we sell them at up to 80% off retail. We're hiring the person who shows Southern California what just came in.

Pay and schedule$20–25/hr depending on experience, plus a monthly bonus for consistent posting and video-driven sales. Tuesday–Saturday, about 38 hours a week. W-2 employee. We provide the phone, mic and editing app.

Requirements

• Speak English and Spanish fluently, on camera and with customers (required)
• Have posted short-form video regularly for at least 6 months (any account, any topic; follower count doesn't matter)
• Have sold face to face: retail, restaurants, car sales, phone stores and family businesses all count
• Show up on time, every time
• Are comfortable working on a warehouse floor and moving furniture with a teammate
