Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets (ADS, conversion, etc.).
• Model Lindt standards in dress, up-selling, and selling focus.
• Promote current marketing programs and utilize resources to optimize selling activity.
• Elevate customer or product issues to management promptly and professionally.
