Job summary

GTI is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to join our cannabis retail team in Nevada. You will engage with patients and customers, educate them on products, methods of consumption, and safety, and recommend suitable regimens based on individual needs.

You will help maintain stock, support store operations, ensure compliance with all regulations, and deliver a positive, professional shopping experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in cannabis industry.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each customer’s needs based on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure smooth, compliant store operations.
• Maintain compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store appearance.
• Perform front/back of house duties and maintenance as assigned.
• Other duties as needed.
