Job summary

GTI is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers from entry to checkout in our dispensary. You will educate customers on products, safety, and consumption methods, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service, reliability with shifts, and compliance with cannabis regulations. A valid ID or driver’s license is required, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal cannabis regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend a safe, effective regimen based on customer needs and knowledge.
