Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to welcome patients and customers in our Las Vegas dispensary. You will educate on GTI products, guide safe consumption, and tailor recommendations to individual needs.

The role emphasizes friendly service, product knowledge, and compliance with cannabis regulations. You will collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, compliant, and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
Flexibility to work mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
Must pass background checks and be 21+.
Valid driver's license or state ID.
Compliant with all cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

Engage with patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
Educate customers on products, consumption methods, and safety as part of patient interaction.
Utilize product knowledge to recommend safe and effective regimens for each patient/customer.
Promote a positive, customer-focused store environment.
Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
Support management to ensure operations run smoothly and in compliance with applicable rules.
