Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on knowledge of GTI products and cannabis therapies.
• Maintain a positive, patient- and customer-oriented store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support daily store operations in compliance with regulations.
