Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as year-round Business Tax Experts. You will provide in-person tax preparation for individuals and small businesses, serving as the trusted advisor for tax strategy and planning while leveraging Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

You will build lasting client relationships, grow the local TurboTax client base, and work onsite at a TurboTax store across the United States.

Qualifications

3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season using commercial tax software.
3 tax seasons of personal tax preparation experience with at least 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.
Familiarity with bookkeeping; QuickBooks ProAdvisor is a plus.
Experience advising on business tax issues beyond filing; willingness to upskill.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, including complex situations.
Develop relationships with clients and understand their full financial picture to tailor tax planning and services.
Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and other specialists to deliver integrated solutions.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment, in-person and via video tools.
