Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States as Tax Experts.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance for consumer and business clients in a friendly, on-site environment. You will build long-term client relationships, collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, and expand local client bases with marketing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation, with 30 returns per year, in a tax setting.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience advising on business tax and year-round tax planning for small businesses.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions and future planning opportunities.
• Support bookkeeping, payroll, and related services; act as the central relationship owner.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax’s presence through community outreach.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
