Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are in stock while providing excellent service to store teams and shoppers.

You’ll visit stores, follow RTM plans, take display photos, place orders via iPad, and support promotions.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid California driver's license.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must be able to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically able to perform lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasionally over 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of the Chico/Oroville area.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; start by 5 am; 22-28 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and as face of brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management
• Stay safe and compliant; lifting and moving product as needed
