Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world‑famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store. You’ll build relationships, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure products are in stock at a moment's notice.

Responsibilities include representing Mondelēz in-store, serving as the face of the company to store staff and shoppers, ordering products via iPad, and implementing promotional displays.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license for the state of residence.
• You should be self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently.
• You will drive your personal vehicle to multiple store locations with mileage reimbursed.
• Be prepared for physical tasks including lifting, bending and moving products as needed.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI/Salesforce.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions on shelves and displays.
• Implement promotional displays and follow RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physically demanding role.
