Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Part-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in stores. You will maximize product visibility, stock shelves, and build strong retailer relationships while following Mondelēz merchandising standards.

You’ll visit stores on a part-time schedule, perform promotional placements, and capture display photos to support brand execution.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Positive, professional attitude and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive own vehicle with insurance and travel to multiple stores.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs (and up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Hawthorne, NV.
• Schedule: Tuesday, 3-4 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store as the face of the brands and own the biscuit aisle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM-plan compliance with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving products.
