Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, build displays, and manage in-store execution. You will visit assigned stores, capture displays, order products via iPad, and ensure shelves stay in stock for brands like Oreo and Ritz.

You’ll work Tuesday through Saturday, start at 6:00 AM, and service Oak Harbor and surrounding areas. A REAL ID and driving are required; HS diploma preferred; incentives and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid REAL ID or U.S. passport/Federal ID to access a military base facility.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting and stocking.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and serve as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Conduct daily store visits; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel for visibility and execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans and schedules.
• Follow daily RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety standards and handle physical tasks.
