Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to be the face of our iconic brands in Pleasanton, CA. You will perform in-store merchandising, stocking, displays, and order writing to ensure products are in stock and properly showcased.

You will visit assigned stores, capture display photos, and collaborate with store personnel while following DSD Merchandising Excellence standards. Open availability including weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional 50+ lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Pleasanton, CA; open weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions; use Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and adhere to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Adhere to safety standards; handle lifting and movement of products.
