Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent our iconic brands in California stores. You will manage in-store merchandising, place orders via iPad, and maintain stock and displays to ensure strong product visibility and availability.

The role requires driving, lifting up to 50 lbs, independent work, and open weekend availability, with benefits and a structured schedule. Based in Pleasanton area with secondary CA locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid drivers license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and sometimes up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Pleasanton, CA; secondary locations include Livermore, San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Dublin, CA.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays; 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and serve as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos using DMI Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelves and displays using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure adherence to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
