Qualifications

• Merchandising experience in retail is required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store to optimize visibility and displays.
• Perform in-store visits per Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps.
• Order product via iPad to ensure stock and shelf availability.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and displayed according to guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and communicate issues to management.
• Adhere to merchandising schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive and professional in-store presence.
