Job summary

Mondelēz International in Lincoln, NE seeks a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are perfectly placed for shoppers.

You will order products via iPad, maintain in-stock conditions, and follow RTM plans while working with store personnel. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license and ability to drive own vehicle.
• Retail/grocery experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
