Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! at retail. The role involves stocking shelves, building displays, ordering products via iPad, and maintaining in-stock conditions across assigned stores within a regional footprint.

You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, travel to multiple locations, and support seasonal launches while delivering exceptional service to store teams and shoppers.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Able to drive to various store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Roswell, GA; Alpharetta, Norcross, Marietta are secondary locations.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Friday and one weekend day.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily, capture display photos, and execute merchandising plans.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Set up and maintain promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Work safely, including lifting and moving product.
