Job summary

Ben E. Keith Company is seeking a Merchandiser to work primarily at our customers’ retail locations, ensuring BEK products are well represented and positioned.

You will build displays, hang signs and engage with consumers while rotating stock and keeping coolers and shelves replenished. Ideal candidates will have draught experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Draught experience preferred.
• Ability to learn and effectively use the handheld sales unit.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to coordinate multiple activities and follow through with commitments.
• Good oral and written communication skills and participate well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for sales representatives (vacation, open position, etc.).
• Build healthy business relationships with retail customers.
• Work with customers to design solutions that fulfill their needs.
• Sell in new brands through account relationships.
• Engage in regular calls to sell product and merchandise.
• Promote Ben E. Keith brands at retail through promotions and education.
• Replace merchandising material to align with marketing programs.
• Ensure maximum visibility of Ben E. Keith products at accounts.
