Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding service to store teams and shoppers.
• Visit stores daily and capture display photos per standards.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays following RTM plans.
• Follow RTM schedules for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store insights and opportunities to RTM/management.
• Maintain safety and handle physical tasks as required.
