Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are readily available while representing top brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! in various local retailers near Puyallup and Tacoma, WA.

The role emphasizes customer service, daily store visits, and physical activity, including lifting. Open availability and weekend shifts are required, with an early start time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Able to perform physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs, occasional 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of primary location: Puyallup, WA; Tacoma, WA as secondary.
• Open availability incl. weekends; early start times (5–6 AM).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility and execution.
• Order product via iPad and maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays per RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant in a physically demanding role.
