Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! to life in-store, building relationships, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are perfectly placed and in stock.

You will visit stores, place orders via an iPad using Salesforce, and set up promotional displays while following RTM plans. Local travel within 25–35 miles of Sierra Vista/Benson, AZ is required with early start times.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple store locations.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution.
• Place product orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan compliance.
• Follow schedules set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales and new product launches.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Maintain safety by handling physical product movement.
