Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring iconic snacks like Oreo, Ritz, and Chips Ahoy! to life in stores.

You will perform daily store visits, stock shelves, set up displays, and ensure products are in stock and featured according to RTM plans. The role emphasizes building relationships with store personnel, reporting store-level insights, and using iPad/Salesforce to place orders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance.
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 25 lbs and moving product.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant in a physically demanding role.
