Job summary

ThirdChannel seeks a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/connectivity brand. As a 1099 contractor, you will be the liaison between the brand and retail stores, conducting regular visits to maintain audit accuracy and enhance brand presence.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, about one hour each, with immediate start dates after certification.

Qualifications

Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

Execute in-store audits and quality control visits on a recurring basis.
Audit product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
