Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/connectivity brand. You will liaise between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand presence.

Visits are one hour each, twice monthly, with flexible scheduling. This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering supplemental income and immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Visit Execution: Initial audits followed by follow-ups to resolve issues and progress into visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
