Job summary

ThirdChannel is hiring a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless and connectivity brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a key liaison between the brand and retail store environments, conducting recurring in-store visits to perform audits, ensure product quality, and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits run one hour and are scheduled twice per month, with total store count varying

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit execution begins with an audit, followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display and merchandising fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology and reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
